Using our Remote Access tools allows you to sit in the drivers seat while watching the repair process take place. The Remote Access tools allow you to actually watch the work being done. It’s all live! We can even record the repair session for further review! After the remote connection is established, you just have to sit back and watch, or not! You can even run off for pizza while we solve your computer issues.
Most of our remote sessions last anywhere between 25 minutes and 1 hour. On rare occasions, some issue’s can be tougher to deal with, in these cases; our trained and certified technicians will need a bit more time to resolve the issue.
